Review of 5 Days Golden Triangle with Ranthambore (Delhi Agra Jaipur Ranthambore Tour)

With only 1 week for our first trip to India, Joyful holidays, not only made it all so easy, but ensured we were very well looked after in every way and on every step of the journey through the golden triangle. We were met personally by Ms Sonia who gave us a wonderful explanation of her company and ethos. The itinerary was well documented and her contact details provided should we need to get in touch. We had an excellent driver, Mr Shiva for the whole 5 days. He was very polite, prompt and took good care of us at all times, providing us with snacks and water when necessary. All accommodation was excellent as were all private guides in each location.

Just completed a 7-day tour which included Delhi, Ranthambore, Agra, Jaipur, and Rusirani Village. The tour was amazing and well organized. Our hotels were very nice and comfortable. Our driver Shiva was very professional and helpful. Each city had a local guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a really well coordinated tour. Our tour manager Ms. Sonia was very responsive and professional with tour itineraries and communication before our arrival in India.
All the tour guides, that we met, at different stops were very professional and knowledgeable; especially Mr Vijay (Agra) and Mr Dilip (Jaipur).
Lastly, we have to give a shout out to our chauffeur Mr Shiva Kumar, who drove us around start to end, during the whole tour. He was very professional, accommodating, and friendly; we had the best time chatting with him and learning more about different places that he drove us to. My husband and I had a fantastic time thanks to Joyful Holidays. I found them through Viator and booked our trip to India but now I know I can contact them directly for future travels in India. The founder of this company had a great vision to help female travelers have a great experience when traveling to India but now I know males and females are both using this great company since Sonia does such an amazing job. I never had a problem contacting her before my trip as I had several questions and she went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. Had the honor to meet her and she shared with us her background and how she got to put this company together which is pretty amazing to me. Our trip went really well and our tour guides were knowledgeable and kind. Our most favorite person we had the honor of meeting was Mr. Shiv, he was not only an excellent safe driver but also became our friend. He always had a smile on his face and thanks to him we got to learn more about the Indian culture. Mr. Shiv made our trip to India much more memorable thanks to him!
